How do I create a Script AI account?
Visit the sign up page, enter your work email, verify it, and complete onboarding by selecting your country, language, and medical specialty. Your free trial starts immediately.
How do I install the mobile app?
Script AI is available on iOS and Android. Search for "Script AI" on the Apple App Store or Google Play to install. You can also use Script AI in any modern web browser at https://www.scriptai.co.
How does Script AI handle patient audio?
Patient audio is processed in real time for transcription and is not retained on our servers after the session ends. Only the resulting transcript and notes are stored in your account, encrypted in transit and at rest. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Which medical specialties are supported?
Script AI works across primary care, cardiology, oncology, psychiatry, and many other specialties. Templates and prompts are tailored per specialty, and we continue to add more. If you don't see your specialty represented well, please email us with your feedback.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Open Script AI and use the "Upgrade Plan" option in the sidebar to switch between monthly and yearly plans. To cancel, manage your subscription from the Stripe customer portal linked there, or email us and we will cancel it on your behalf.
What if my transcription is inaccurate?
You can edit the transcript and any generated note directly in the consultation view, and corrections save immediately. If you notice systemic accuracy issues, for example a recurring misspelling of a medication or term, email us with a short example so we can adjust the model behavior for your specialty.
Is Script AI a medical device?
No. Script AI is a clinical documentation assistance tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or make clinical decisions. The output is intended to support licensed clinicians, who are responsible for reviewing and approving all notes before they are added to a medical record.
How do I delete my account and data?
From the app: open User Settings and choose "Delete my account". This submits a deletion request to our team, who will permanently remove your account and associated data, and confirm by email within 5 business days.
By email: if you cannot access the in-app option, send a message to support@scriptai.co from the email associated with your account, using the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm deletion within 5 business days.
Which devices and platforms are supported?
Script AI supports iOS, Android, and modern web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox) on desktop and tablet.
Where can I report a bug or request a feature?
Email support@scriptai.co with a short description, steps to reproduce if applicable, and any screenshots. Feature requests can be sent to the same address, and our team reviews every submission.
